Light Therapy

I am not a fan of the time change from daylight savings to standard time.  I would prefer to stay on daylight savings time year round.  But when the time change does occur in autumn, you can sense the days getting shorter, the temperatures getting cooler, and the level of physical activity getting lower.  I always say that no matter when your birthday is, you actually feel that one year older in November.  Some have a harder time with the shorter days.  Read the linked article to learn how research in the use of white light could have a positive effect.
